Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026. This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit randomly.tech and why.
1. Who is responsible
Mohamad Zaki Al Olabi, Zepernicker Str. 2, 13125 Berlin, Germany
Email: contact@randomly.tech
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Namecheap, Inc. (hosting provider) on servers in a data center in the European Union. When you open a page, the web server automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the site securely and to detect abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website). We do not use log files for any other purpose and do not combine them with other data; the host deletes them after a short period. We have a data processing agreement with the provider where required.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. All fonts are hosted on our own server. Because nothing is stored on your device, no cookie banner is needed.
4. Contact form and email
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, optional company name and your message. We use them only to answer your request and for any follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in answering enquiries); for the form you also confirm your consent with a checkbox. The form does not store your message on the web server: it is forwarded by email to our mailbox. For spam protection the server briefly keeps a hashed, non-readable fingerprint of your IP address to limit the number of messages per hour. We delete enquiries once the matter is resolved, unless a statutory retention duty applies.
5. Links to other websites
Our work section links to mederaglobal.com and altimre.com. When you follow these links, the privacy policies of those sites apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Write to contact@randomly.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority of your place of residence or of the place where we are based.
7. Changes
We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
